EXPERIENCE!

Steve Schaefer, owner and lead image specialist, has been photographing seniors, families, undergraduates, and athletes for over 35 years. As a member of the Maine Professional Photographers' Association, Senior Photographers International, Photo Marketing Association International, Association of Professional School Photographers, and Digital Imaging Association, he has made sure that the clients of Maineline Studio are offered the latest in style and techniques. Steve feels a commitment to staying abreast of what is new in the area of photography and his associations and travels to the meetings keep him on top of 'what's happening' .

Along with keeping up to date with the everchanging world of photographic technology he also has a long standing association with the schools and communities served by Maineline Studio. As a resident of Grand Lake Stream and a businessman of Calais, Maine , he understands the opportunities and challenges presented to those who choose to live here in Northeastern Maine, as he has done. He has a commitment to offering the best service with the most up to date style and technology.

Laura Schaefer, Steve's assistant and wife, joined the Studio in 2003 after retiring from her teaching career of 33 years.  

OUR STAFF

Maineline Studio is able to achieve its success with the added skills and talents of photographer and imaging specialist, Trina Nielsen. Trina's eye for color, and compostion and a work ethic of "do it right and do it now" enhance the team's success.  Trina has been with Maineline since 1996.

Tammy Donahue, photographer and framing specialist, and Tami Lane, quality control, round out the Maineline Studio offerings. All of us here at the Studio in Calais are always looking for ways to improve and stay fresh with our backgrounds and custom imaging.  Tammy Donahue has been with Maineline since 2002.  Tami Lane joined us in 2006.

Maineline Studio is fortunate to have Vicki Saucier, photographer, and Gwen O'Mara, Photogrpher's Assistant, as our team in the Aroostook County area.  As local residents, their high standards for school photography represents our Studio's and The County's desire for "North of Ordinary".  Vicki has been associated with our company since 1998.  Gwen joined us in 2005. 

It is our goal to present the residents of Washington County and beyond , with the most professional service and products, in the timliest manner, to the satisfaction of our clients' wishes.
